Description

•Analyze, prepare and provide Sales Company Controller and Management of Saudi BU with all accounting and financial reports, analysis of costs, initiating corrective measures, monitoring revenues and cost parameters. •Ensure implementation of all accounting policies and compliance with Group FRM policies & IFRS. •Create and follow up accurately on company Customer Discount policy & recommend corrective actions when needed. •Provides assistance to internal & external audit activities (taxation) in addition to orientation & managerial support to auditors during periodic activities. •Follow up hard currency status, suggest & present solutions in case of surplus or deficits. •Recommends solutions to reduce O/D exposure •Manages cash flow, inter-company reconciliations & fixed assets. •Review all daily, weekly and monthly reports and forecasts. •Supervise and assist Accountants & Sales Administrator in preparing, recording and posting necessary accounting transactions and analysis. •Provide analysis and comparisons of accounts when necessary. •Plans & calculates necessary reserves/provisions for Delaval taxes, stock slow movement & customers’ bad debts in accordance to FRM. •Prepare & develop Saudi BU Budgets and ensure that expenditures are controlled according to plans within budget, with proper authorization supported by documentary evidence. •Prepare & send DORS monthly reports of Saudi BU, as well as semi-annual & Annual legal reports •Evaluates economic and business conditions affecting company environment, and present solutions to problems for which there is no established approach.
